We want you to love your LOQ pieces, but if you are not perfectly satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including the dust bag and shoe box, to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original LOQ box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure the product arrives in pristine condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed.
